Hi, I’m Jaclyn – an experienced event planner who thrives on creating seamless, memorable experiences.
My journey in the world of events began in beautiful Charlevoix, Michigan, where I spent a full wedding season coordinating weddings at Castle Farms. From there, I took my passion down south to Texas, where I worked at an upscale private country club managing everything from elegant weddings to high-end golf outings, corporate retreats, and even live music events.
I earned my degree in Event Management from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) and found myself drawn to the fast-paced world of corporate events. I moved to Cleveland, Ohio to work for a urology group purchasing organization, where I handled conferences from concept to completion—managing logistics, vendor relations, and on-site execution for events across the country.
I currently serve as a conference team lead and sponsorship manager for a professional conference organization that brings together internal communications, employee experience, and HR professionals to share best practices. In this role, I’ve sharpened my leadership, contract negotiation, and project management skills—while working alongside some of the most innovative minds in the business world.
In May 2024, I got engaged—and that reignited my love for wedding planning. I planned my entire wedding in just one year (married in May 2025!), negotiating top-tier vendor deals, managing timelines, and truly enjoying the entire process. It reminded me how much I love not just organizing events, but making them feel personal, seamless, and unforgettable.
With years of experience across weddings and corporate events—I bring both creativity and precision to every project. Whether you’re envisioning an intimate gathering, a large-scale conference, or something in between, I’m here to take the stress off your plate and make your vision come to life.
I currently live in Midland, Michigan with my husband and our sweet dog Bonnie—but I’m ready to travel wherever your event takes me. Let’s make something amazing together!
